X-ray images
If x-rays, CT scans (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) / magnetic resonance tomography (MRT) is on paper or as a CD, so you should bring them also to the clinic.
Orthopaedic Aids
Do you use orthopaedic aids currently or did you have used any? This mean technical aids such as insoles, orthopaedic shoes, splints (orthoses), prostheses, walking and standing aids, seating units, wheelchairs, corsets, etc. Please bring this resource as far as possible with in the clinic.
